Sanjeev Kapur has over three decades of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a reputation for his impeccable work ethic and high standards of customer and client satisfaction. At a young age, he was appointed Vice President, Corporate Sales and Marketing of Hitkari Potteries and then Uncle Chipps. With this experience under his belt, he floated his own company Nucleus Marketing and Communications in 1997. After a successful run for 15 years, it became a Private Limited Company in 2012. Some of the highlights of Mr Kapur’s exemplary career achievements to date, include dealing with business-to-business and business-to-consumer needs, setting up Pan-India sales and marketing networks for many companies as a consultant, and setting up an office in China and tying up with multiple high-profile companies and organizations for the launch of their products in India. In 2019, Sanjeev Kapur decided to venture into the field of hospitality education and set up The Culinary Courtyard, which has made a very good name for itself as a one-of-a-kind baking studio that has trained thousands of students and created a niche for itself in the business of curating menus for special occasions.

After hospitality, it was an intuitive step for Mr Kapur to expand the scope of his contribution to the field by education by offering an opportunity to the youth of the country to become the best versions of themselves by having the necessary skills to fulfill their professional dreams and personal goals. Setting up the Sanjeevana Institute for Career Advancement is the culmination of years of dedicated engagement in the world of work whose nuts and bolts, gaps and needs, that Sanjeev Kapur is keenly aware of. It is his vision that the Sanjeevana Institute acts a portal to launch its graduates into the different avenues that are open for young people and professionals alike, having mastered the skills they need to traverse these successfully. Sanjeev Kapur has always had the mindset of a team player and for this venture too, he has put together a dedicated team who will work in tandem with student requirements to make this an Institute that our students will be proud to graduate from and one that will be a benchmark for other skill development and vocational training institutions, to emulate.
