Shikha Sachdeva

Shikha is an obsessive-compulsive baker who has been fascinated by baking since childhood. After graduating from Home Science college, she made perfect use of recipes collected from various sources and practiced them to perfection. Her learnings from extensive travels across the globe and a sudden move to Lagos brought her in touch with many expatriate residents and from them she imbibed the unique techniques of pan-continent bakes along with many other bakes. Shikha consciously encourages healthy baking while creating her curricula and practices it too in her specially curated creations. To grow, transform and excel is her mantra and this humble home baker of Cocoka, launched The Culinary Courtyard in 2019, the only one of its kind studio in Delhi and NCR.
