We offer 100% money back guaranty on a no quibble basis. If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund excluding packing & delivery charges wherever applicable.


We accept returns and you can return un-opened items with the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at care@sanjeevana.in with details of the product and the defect. We will completely examine the receipt of the returned product, and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase amount, using the original method of payment.

Return and Refund Conditions

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.

Once your return is received and inspected by Sanjeevana™ (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

You are responsible for all shipping costs (if the received item is not defective) associated with getting your order back to our shipping place.

The order may get cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

·         The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.

·         On request of customers.

·         The shipping address is not serviceable.

·         Any other reason beyond the control of Sanjeevana™
